Most of the experience lives in between the visits.
Treatment is long. The visit is short. Between appointments, the symptoms, the questions, and the small moments that are easy to lose are where most of cancer treatment actually happens. There has never been a good place for that. Care Journal is that place: plain language, the patient’s own words, a record that stays with them.
